A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Lead and own large-scale, complex HR projects that align tightly with Infor’s strategic vision and evolving business needs.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, success metrics, enablement and communication strategies.
- Collaborate globally to define project scope, gather requirements, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Identify risks and opportunities early, crafting contingency plans and innovative solutions.
- Drive decisions, consistent project updates, and transparent communication with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Use project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
- Advocate for continuous improvement, leading initiatives that refine HR processes and elevate operational effectiveness.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide, global HR projects.
- Project management experience.
- Experience using HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Experience communicating with senior leadership.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without via sponsorship.
- Prior HR experience such as HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or HR Manager.
- Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
