Role Overview

Join our team as a Senior Specialist focused on analyzing Salesforce data, delivering actionable insights, and creating reports and dashboards that drive strategic business decisions. This role supports sales and operations through expert data management and cross-functional collaboration.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Analyse Salesforce data to identify trends and inform business strategies

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce

• Collaborate with teams to gather and refine data requirements

• Develop, update, and distribute dashboards and reports

• Implement best practices for data management and reporting

• Monitor industry trends to enhance data analytics capabilities

• Present insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Proven experience with Salesforce data reporting and analysis

• Proficiency with Salesforce and related sales tools such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills

• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization proficiency

• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Salesforce knowledge and best practices

• Experience with ETL processes and data integration

• Familiarity with SAQL or similar query languages

• Experience with BI tools like Domo, Power BI, or CRM Analytics

• Understanding of sales processes and workflows
