Setup and administration of the customer profiles in the Infor Nexus system.

 Daily monitoring and reporting of newly submitted customer applications and change requests.

 EID Cards

o E-identity card audit and issuance process.

o Timely processing of new user e-id card change requests.

o Maintain inventory of un-issued cards and readers. Order additional inventory as needed.

o Coordinate requests for un-issued cards with US office.

Prepare and send shipments using online courier service.

Experience, Skills and Job Competencies:

1 - 5 years of customer service experience and/or operation experience in supporting a software application.

 Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Able to master business spoken and written English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
