The Digital Innovation Consultant will be responsible for building and executing robotic and cognitive automation projects designed to enhance productivity and maximize efficiency. This role will develop innovative solutions by creating new automation solutions, modifying existing solutions and providing post implementation maintenance. The position involves utilizing Cloud-related tools to design process flows, write code, create technical documentation for event management assets. It is therefore essential to be skilled at problem solving, solution design, and high-quality coding. The consultant should demonstrate a “can do” attitude, should possess a sense of urgency, should be accustomed to think “outside the box” and should seek to continually improve tools and processes.

Required skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree preferably related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in programming/scripting (Python, Java, VB, .NET, PowerShell/Bash, TICKScript*)
  • At least 3 years of experience as an RPA developer, implementing automation workflows (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Workfusion, WinAutomation)
  • Experience working with AWS, SUMO Logic

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Webservices and security standards (authentication/authorization) and related practices
  • Experience in defining and implementing automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Postman, Jmeter, LoadRunner, Jenkins, GIT)
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Create scalable scripts for Solution Monitoring that include event detection, alert generation and handling.
  • Collaborate closely with Cloud and Product teams to design reusable automations solutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge repository by documenting processes, procedures, and architectures.
  • Configure and activate automation solutions aligned with customer requirements using standard automation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and update active automation solutions to resolve issues and incorporate software enhancements.
  • Share knowledge, provide training to junior members, and engage in cross-training with senior members.
