Description & Requirements

Title:  M3 Consultant

Location: Remote, U.S.

Responsibilities:

·       Assist the realization of business benefits for clients

·       Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.

·       Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation; including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.

·       Configure a client business solution

·       Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations

·       Provide training to clients’ key and end users

·       Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.

·       Achieve engagement objectives

·       Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects

·       Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions

Qualifications:

·       Deep industry expertise in Food and Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing strongly preferred

·       Sales Management experience in Food and Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing strongly preferred

·       Minimum 10+ years’ hands on project experience with Infor M3 in Sales and Customer Order Management

·       Full lifecycle Implementation experience using M3 for at least 5 projects

·       Experience in designing and developing functional specifications for integrations and extensibility (using Infor extensibility tools)

·       M3 Competency in primary business processes in Sales and Customer Order Management

·       Up to date M3 product and technical knowledge

·       Knowledge and experience in the application of Infor architecture engagement processes and tools

·       Significant customer-facing consulting experience

·       Reliability and deadline-driven approach

·       Strong organizational skills & time management skills

·       Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas

·       Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated

·       Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships

·       Excellent problem solving and analytic skills

·       Fluent written and spoken English

·       Willingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) - approximate 80% travel

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
