Position Summary

At Infor, our sellers rely on easy access to high-quality enablement and engagement assets produced by Product Marketing, Product Management and Industry Strategy teams to efficiently and effectively sell our solutions. The rise of digital engagements is transforming sales enablement and that transformation has been accelerated by the global pandemic. Consequently, we are implementing a new sales enablement platform with new content and digital experiences to support the selling process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content stored on SharePoint to our sales enablement platform, Sales IQ and content within our video delivery platform. Demo IQ
  • Ensuring content architecture is clear, intuitive and applied consistently to all assets
  • Ensure that all assets are using consistent templates (where available) and on brand
  • Understand and apply meta-data architecture correctly to all assets
  • Manage content lifecycle – working with owners of expired assets to update or delete them
  • Provide content analytics to content owners to help them manage the portfolio of content

Key Requirements/Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, taking ownership of delivery
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work effectively with different cultures and geographies across multiple time zones
  • Ability to identify and offer improvement to workflow, efficiency, and quality of technical content development and editing
  • Ability to learn quickly and flexibility to move easily from document to document, a project to project, and priority to priority
  • 3+ years of experience using content management systems
  • Experience using internal style guides and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in English, technical communication, journalism, communications, business, or a related field
