内容・必要条件

* Help to gather solution requirements from product owners towards producing functional requirements.
* Liaise with key stakeholders, software, and quality assurance engineers to clarify requirements and facilitate a smooth delivery.
* Help create training and other release materials to assist end-users to be familiarized themselves with new features.
• Assist in producing business requirements through interviews, phone calls, emails, existing systems, and existing documentation.

Basic Qualifications 
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology or business-related field.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the basic principles and standards relating to requirements documentation, UI Designs, Use Cases, UML diagrams, and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of XML
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in the English language is a must.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience and attributes 
• Business Analyst - 3-5 years of experience
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience in ERP is a plus.
• Attention to detail
• Positive, proactive attitude
• A quick learner
