Description & Requirements

Infor Local.ly Services provides a simple way to keep ERP system accurate and up to date with regulatory requirements. Traditionally, ERP systems have required customizations to manage region-specific information such as government reporting requirements, tax accounting, and banking information. The system helps ERPs reduce risk, stay up to date with compliance requirements and cover the full scope of regulatory compliance. 



A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions: Analyzing business requirements, designing and developing technical solutions that meet the needs of the business, and ensuring that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders: Communicating business requirements to the technical team, and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, to ensure a shared understanding and alignment of goals.
  • Understand and maintaining software applications: Understand code, testing, debugging, and deploying software applications, using agile development methodologies, and following software development best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working with project managers, software developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Supporting and maintaining software applications: Providing technical support for software applications, fixing bugs, and performing maintenance activities such as software upgrades, as needed.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology: Staying current with the latest software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, and continuously improving technical skills to meet the evolving needs of the business.



What You Will Need:
Required skills: 

  • 3-5 years of Software Development experience
  • Experience in Systems Analysis and Design
  • Database and data mapping and conversion experience including knowledge in SQL
  • Knowledgeable about Requirements Gathering, Software Design and Testing
  • Experience in writing Documentation (eg. requirements gathering, test cases. UI design, business process, etc.)
  • Familiar with XML, csv, text files
  • Basic knowledge in finance and banking
  • Excellent communication skills for both oral and written
  • Good working attitude and a team player
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Detail oriented person
  • Technology Savvy
  • Graduate of Technology related course


What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in ERP and Business Process
  • Software implementation background is preferred but not required
  • ERP background, customization experience is a plus
  • Knowledgeable with financial processes (Financial Reporting, tax reporting, Banking, Invoicing, localization reports)
  • Knowledgeable with web service development
  • Knowledgeable with cloud technologies
