The Digital Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for tracking, measuring, and reporting on various digital marketing campaigns, providing insights to improve performance and achieve business goals.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, setup, monitoring, and optimization. Ensuring that campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
  • Integrate various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools, content management systems) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking of marketing activities.
  • Manage the collection, storage, and analysis of marketing data. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms. Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using key metrics to evaluate success. Creating and delivering regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy laws. Implementing best practices for data security and privacy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve marketing operations and drive better results.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience analyzing and applying data.
  • Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing in project management.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for landing page optimization.

Location: Remote Based (Dallas, TX, Alpharetta, GA, Saint Paul, MN)
