Position Summary

 

The Healthcare Strategy team is responsible for ensuring Infor’s healthcare clients realize value in their relationship with Infor.  As former business practitioners within hospitals and health systems, the team is tasked with doing so by acting as the voice of the client within Infor while ensuring that the clients understand how Infor can bring them realizable value.

The Go To Market (GTM) Manager is primarily responsible for the latter.  GTM managers drive pipeline development by creating content, managing and measuring campaigns, promoting customer success, and ensuring partner alignment. They act as the single point of contact for the Healthcare Strategy Team across field sales, sales support, enablement, competitive intelligence, value engineering/realization, and marketing. 

The GTM Management Manager is responsible for delivering a consistent, repeatable, and streamlined approach to messaging across the array of business personas Infor delivers value to.  They will be responsible for leading the creation, curation, execution, and measurement of programs that establish a new standard of sales excellence within Infor. By instilling discipline and rigor into every step of the sales process, win rates will increase, pipeline will grow, client outcomes will improve, and our business will be more predictable.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Composition, maintenance, execution, and communication of messaging and content; responsible for matching market opportunity with strategy and messaging.
  • Sales play and program development, execution, and tracking aligned with executive priorities and market opportunity.
  • Alignment of integrated marketing campaigns by connecting healthcare industry strategy, content, and field marketing.
  • Centralized source to connect Infor stakeholders for sales execution, BDR enablement, product readiness, and customer success with evidence.
  • Maintain a high and accurate knowledge level of business concepts, business processes and efficiency factors in order to determine ways to increase performance and business excellence for prospects. This will include a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement go to market strategies for customers including net new prospects, with unique value propositions by customer segment.
  • Leverage deep expertise and relationships in the healthcare industry.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence “C” level executives via compelling messaging as sourced from the Healthcare Strategists
  • Proven ability to understand complicated business processes, ask questions to understand the value within them, and convert this information into easy to remember/interpret hero’s journey stories
  • Proven ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrated initiative in taking ownership of all assigned responsibilities, deliverables, and results
  • The ability to organize and manage content that evolves over time

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Deep knowledge and experience regarding the business processes of healthcare providers

·         Demonstrate a clear understanding and proven experience in buyer persona messaging

·         Experience using design/graphics software

·         Ability to establish strong relationships and a willingness to collaborate across teams

·         Experience working with Industry Strategy, Marketing, and Sales/Sales Support roles
