Description & Requirements
- Bringing qualitative Revenue Management advice and guidance to clients
- Ensuring efficient Project Management, including project timeline.
- Coordinating all project phases with clients and internal Teams
- Working closely with Technical Solutions and RMS Support teams
- Taking responsibility / ownership of the resolution of possible technical incidents occurring during implementation projects, working with relevant Technical teams.
- Delivering both theoretical and practical system knowledge and education
- Assist Sales when needed with expert product advice
- Perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require
- Self-Sufficient, Organized, Flexible, Adaptable and Outgoing person who loves hospitality.
- Hospitality and/or Hotel Operations experience
- Revenue Management Knowledge and/or Hotel Systems Knowledge (User level)
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Fluent English and German
- Problem-solving and strategic planning ability
