Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Client Partner for Consulting Services, you will be managing the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers. This will be done over the phone and web. Your Opportunity To support the aggressive growth of our European Infor Consulting Services (ICS) Sales team we are searching for hungry and ambitious Salespeople who wish to make their mark in IT Sales.

You will be building detailed offers that help address our customers’ business needs. This requires a sharp mind, a good eye for detail and extensive interaction with Internal Departments to make sure all planned work is documented correctly and follows internal procedures. Combined, the above activities will provide a solid foundation for a successful career path in Technology sales.

Path to Success

  • Learn the internal tools, necessary to handle the day-to-day job requirements
  • Build relationships with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Legal stakeholders
  • Manage and forecast own pipeline - engage with customers

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
  • Responsible for applying and enhancing sales and product knowledge skills through ongoing training while continuing to develop knowledge of specific industries
  • Build on customer relationships, gain commitment and ensure that all customer requirements are identified and met
  • Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to drive the identified opportunities to closure so that individual targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide small engagement orders to support ad hoc demand and work with the resourcing team to schedule and deliver appropriate resources
  • Comply with all company processes and tools used to record and track opportunities and orders and report progress.
  • Manage opportunities for new business and installed base in line with Infor’s standard documentation and procedures.
  • Run promotions & Campaigns to build a sustainable Pipeline for the business unit

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Native/bilingual level of Dutch and business level of English.
  • Knowledge of the Benelux market is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar required, Technical discipline preferred
  • Services and/or Sales Background Experience in the Technology Arena preferred, min 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
  • MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Strong teaming skills and demonstration of proactive leadership
  • Ability to develop senior-level business relationships
  • Comply with all company processes and tools used to record and track opportunities and orders and report progress
