Infor Consultancy Services (ICS) works with clients to implement Infor software and industry-standard processes to reduce costs increase customer service, and create frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency.


Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. To implement our ERP system M3, Infor seeks to recruit experienced consultants.  


The role can be based in Nantes, Lyon or Ile de France - Or closer to being able to commute to our offices often.


Key responsibilities and duties: 

  • Assist the realization of business benefits for clients  
  • Participate in complete life cycle client-facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.  
  • Led the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including developing functional business requirements and solution scope documents.  
  • Configure a client business solution.  
  • Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations  
  • Provide training to client’s key and end users  
  • Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.  
  • Achieving engagement objectives  
  • Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects  
  • Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions  

 

Skills and experience 

 

Must to have

  • Fluent written and spoken French and English are mandatory 
  • +3 years’ project experience implementing ERP Software. 
  • Consultancy experience
  • Business process change knowledge : In Supply Chain (Logistics) /, warehousing management, and Procurement; Or Manufacturing / Planning, Or Sales ( Invoicing, discount and promotion management,...)
  • Willingness to travel nationally and possibly to Europe

  • Reliability and deadline-driven approach  
  • Strong organizational skills & time management skills  
  • Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas 
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated  
  • Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills 
Plus to have
  • Experience in one or more industry segments – Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Retail...  
  • ERP M3 experience
