At Infor, we are seeking an Integration Consultant.

Consultants are responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services, including process design, application configuration, testing, and client training on Infor software (ERP), technologies, and tools per standard implementation methods in France.

The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. 

In this position, you will work with the implementation Team providing hands-on leadership, process execution, training, testing, go-live support and change management as part of a team or individually to integrate ERP products.

You will provide expert guidance to execute, upgrade and/or assist the project team in redesigning customer-partner integrations.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.  
  • Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.  
  • Configure a client business solution.  
  • Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.  
  • Provide training to client’s key and end users.  
  • Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice.  
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on all aspects of the integration initiative.
  • Report regular status reports on recent assigned work and projects, including monitoring escalated integration issues.
  • Self-directed and proactively detects and evaluates integration-related issues/risks.
Required Skills:
  • Familiar with manufacturing, supply chain domain
  • Prior experience in industrial manufacturing or other relevant industry in at least one industry segment: Equipment, Service Management & Rental, and/or Manufacturing, district manufacturing, automotive.
  • Knowledge of business processes. 
  • Fluent speaker in French and Full proficiency in English or similar.  

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer-facing consulting experience.   
  • Experience of software implementation  (as a Key User or Business Owner)
  • Working knowledge of ERP, WMS, MES, ERP systems.
