JOB TITLE:                         Senior Marketing Specialist

LOCATION:                       641 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10011

DUTIES:                             Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop bespoke reference success initiatives across various products/industries; monitor lifecycle of Infor’s customer base to identify and recruit referenceable customers; nurture and strengthen relationships of assigned, strategic and even unique customer advocates; increase program adoption and visibility both internally and externally; manage and monitor customer reference activity, keeping data current and accurate and at a detail level as required by prospects requesting to speak to customers regarding usage and outcomes; monitor internal business processes to respond timely and collaborate across the team to ensure overall effectiveness; spearhead projects and proactively execute new opportunities to help drive the business forward; create new programs to increase customer relations and build customer advocacy; foster best practices with respect to ad-hoc transactional requests in collaboration with offshore team; and, interact with external (and internal) customers in a highly sensitive style to foster an emotional experience. Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.

REQUIREMENTS:             Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology or related field; and five (5) years of progressive related post baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Candidate must have five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience involving each of the following: Demonstrable experience managing executive stakeholder relationships and navigating complex business scenarios along with internal organization structures to drive results; Demonstrable experience identifying business processes and uncovering key business issues; Demonstrable experience performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis and visualization, including Competitor Analysis, Strategy Analysis, Financial Data Analysis, Business/Financial Modelling and technical expertise including advanced Excel and PowerPoint (Macros/VBA Programming); Demonstrable experience leveraging business intelligence/ analytics tools and primary/ secondary market research applications; and, Demonstrable experience utilizing a CRM system.                                          

                                           Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.

Range of Pay:                  $121,928 - $168,500
