Infor is looking for a Quality Engineer who design and create test cases for manual and/or automated tests on new and existing product features for HR Talent (https://www.infor.com/en-sg/solutions/people/tm). Performs complex testing requiring planning, estimation and testing for complex solutions to ensure that those meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.  Communicates with product developers and technical support specialists on product issues.

Required skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience in manual testing
• At least 1 year experience in using any test automation tool or programming language (Java selenium like)
• Background in agile methodology
• Team player
• Can cope with self-phased trainings and requires minimal supervision
• Able to work with tight deadlines/under pressure
• Ability to communicate and participate during meetings and reviews with US counterparts and willingness to attend the meetings/reviews which might be scheduled early in the morning or late night

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in HCM Domain is a plus
• Experience in Integration testing is a plus
• Experience in leading the team is a plus
• Experience in API automation tool is a plus
• Experience in VBA Macro
• Ability to design a test automation framework is a plus

• Test execution for monthly release requirements
• Automation and test execution for product releases and deliverables
• Documents test plans and test cases
• Creates and maintain manual and automated test cases
