We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our Cloud-based Software Development Team.As a key member of the team, you will be esponsible for solving customer issues, maintaining, and enhancing software codes in accordance with the business/software requirements for M3 UI Adapter , H5 and other User productivity products


A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications, ensuring the software system is scalable, maintainable, and secure by making high-level design choices and setting technical standards for the project.
  • Collaborate with other software engineers, providing technical guidance and sharing knowledge on best practices and architectural principles.
  • Identifying and addressing potential technical risks and challenges involves proactively assessing the system's architecture to identify any potential issues and devising strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ability to understand the software vision and plan its future directions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, ensuring that the software architecture aligns with the project's objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.


Required skills:
 
  • Strong development experience in  Angular and React programming
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.. 
  • Working experience using MS SQL. 
  • Researching skills including learning new trends and technologies that may be used in the product.
  • General understanding of Agile development process. 
  • Excellent technical communication skills required.
  • Exposure to working with overseas stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Experience working in CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Development experience: jQuery, HTML and CSS
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Gen AI, GIT and Jira is a plus
  • Amendable to work on a hybrid work setup, mid-shift. Reports onsite 3x a week.
