We’re currently hiring for early-career positions on our M3 Sales Application team in Linköping. We are open to candidates interested in either the role of Associate Software Engineer or Associate Development Business Analyst—depending on your skills and interests. 🔍 About the Team & Product

You’ll be part of the team behind M3 Cloud Edition, one of Infor’s flagship ERP solutions. The M3 Sales Application supports core sales processes—from order management to delivery and invoicing—and plays a vital role in helping our customers succeed.

Based in our Linköping office, you'll work in a cross-functional, international team of software developers, analysts, and product experts. This is a fantastic entry point into the enterprise software world.

As part of Infor’s Early Talent Program, you’ll receive mentoring, join structured learning activities, and grow together with other recent graduates. Start date is on the 1st of September.


💼 Your Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

As an Associate Development Business Analyst, you may:

  • Analyze requirements and design functional solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work across the entire development lifecycle—from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and fellow analysts.
  • Gain deep functional knowledge of M3 and support colleagues as an application expert.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you may:

  • Analyze technical requirements and implement high-quality software solutions.
  • Modernize existing code through refactoring and architectural improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including customer-reported incidents.
  • Write and maintain test automation scripts.
  • Build deep technical knowledge of the M3 application to support internal teams.

? What You’ll Need

  • A strong interest in software, systems, or business process development.

  • Programming knowledge (e.g., Java) for software engineering candidates.

  • A structured, curious, and collaborative mindset.

  • Problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to break down abstract ideas.

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
