Beschrijving & Vereisten

The Associate QA role performs and supports automated test runs across all QA environments. He or She will be involved in automation tasks like script maintenance and enhancement. Works under close supervision as part of the Global QA team 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 
  • Ensuring 100% completion every test execution run of automated scripts 
  • Ensuring all tests are aligned across all environments and triggered as scheduled 
  • Product failures must be promptly reported with the appropriate severity for effective resolution
  • Collaborate with QA and Dev team members 
  • Find ways to continuously improve the process and product 
  • Contributes and adheres to agreed team processes and improvements 
  • Maintenance and enhancement of automated test scripts 
  • Shares knowledge to peers through documentation 
  • Report to QA manager

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology /Computer Science 
  • Good written/verbal communication skills 
  • Experience in Java or JavaScript coding 
  • This is an entry-level position typically requiring less than 18 months experience in development, research, product testing or support and open for fresh graduates.

What Will Put You Ahead?
  • Automation background is a plus. 
  • Ability to understand business processes, product features, analyze new requirements and define complete tests. 
  • Good testing and defect-finding skills and understanding of QA methodologies 
  • Ability to meet schedules. 
  • Strong logical, analytical and technical skills. 
  • Strong, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience in Web and/or Desktop automation 
  • Experience in Software Testing 
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum)
