This position includes assisting the Sr. Billing Manager with the monthly billing cycle as well as adherence to the existing billing policies and procedures. Daily functions also include assisting internal departments utilizing ad-hoc reporting, reviewing and researching invoice discrepancies, and continuously supporting the Finance teams with monthly financial close processes.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  •        Monitor, review, and adjust customer account status transfers, terminations, and amendments to ensure accurate account invoicing, license agreement contracts, and miscellaneous contracts

  •       Assist the Hardware Billing Analyst on new and pass-through orders.

  •       Support the Accounting Teams with the monthly close process by ensuring invoices are completed within the specified close schedule.

  •       Respond to customer and internal billing queries in a timely manner within 24/48 hours of receipt of phone calls or e-mails.  Improve Service Level Standards, set clear expectations, and embrace new initiatives (as presented) that support excellence in delivering service to all of our customers.

  •       Maintain open communication with the License Billing Team in India to ensure billing processes are adhered to.

  •      Audit the customers’ IDB records on new transactions to ensure the accuracy of entitlement and renewal maintenance.

  •     Metric reporting including, but not limited to, invoices, credits, and billing queries initiated and resolved.

Basic Qualifications:

  •     Organizational and project management skills.

  •     Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  •       Experience working with Excel and Word.
