As a member of the Migration Operation's Team, the Business Analyst for Data Migrations will play a key role in migrating the customer's Financial and HR-related data to Cloud, collaborating closely with highly functional and self-organized team members to accomplish migration-related deliverables.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Work with subject matter experts and project teams in gathering data migration requirements.
  •  Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements and risks involved in the migration of data.
  • Analyze and map source and target application data.
  • Plan and execute the customer data migration process and validations.
  • Perform migration testing of static and dynamic (transaction-based) data.
  • Document and communicate the data migration results with the customer and project team.
  • Engagement with the internal and external teams 
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions
  • Adhere to best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.

What You Will Need:

Required skills:

  • Financial, Supply Chain, HR functional knowledge/experience
  • Data Migration Implementation experience
  • Knowledge in Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle, AWS
  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Cross-functional and self-organized (ability to collaborate well and prioritize what is needed)
  • Has experience working in an Agile environment
  • With keen attention to detail and persistent approach to quality assurance
  • Ability to work under pressure as part of a team as well as on own initiative
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Delivery-focused and able to work towards deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and learn new skills quickly

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in ERP system especially Financial, Supply Chain, HR - Required
  • Data Migration Implementation experience
  • Infor FSM/LawsonS3/GHR Functional experience is a plus.
