Bilingual Client Service Specialist

Location: Oakland, CA

In this role, you will be a key member to Infor’s Global Services Organization. As a Client Service Specialist, you will provide support to both new and existing Infor Nexus customers.
Infor Nexus is a cloud-based supply chain solution that provides visibility and insight in real time. You will use your previous customer service and case management experience to think critically and communicate effectively to resolve customer issues. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English. The team is currently remote but will return to office eventually.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Interact with customers via phone, e-mail, and CRM support tool.
• Assist customers with completing transactions on the Infor Nexus platform, while understanding their specific requirements.
• Provide support by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, escalating, providing an analysis of the issues, and following up.
• Utilize product knowledge, research tools, and other partners to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Administer training to clients on various functions within the system.
• Document support procedures and solutions for common issues.

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Customer service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, great follow through, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work and learn independently and in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, procurement, and international trade.
• 4-year degree in business or international relations.
• Familiarity with International Payments, financing, or invoices.
