Infor Managed Services (IMS) is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and management for Infor's cloud and on-premise solutions. IMS offers a range of services including troubleshooting, customization support, cloud release assistance, 24/7 monitoring, application maintenance, and regression testing. The Service Transition Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the transition of services from development to production. This role involves ensuring that new or changed services meet the needs of the business and are delivered in a controlled and efficient manner.

What You Will Need?
Minimum Qualifications:
  • ITIL Certified
  • Willing to work in US Time zone permanently from 9PM – 6AM
  • Proven experience in service transition management, preferably in a cloud services environment.
  • Strong project and operations management skills with specialization on Service Transition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualification:

· Experience with IT service management tools and platforms.

· Knowledge of cloud computing, ERP and related technologies.

· Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.


A Day In A Life Typically Includes:

· Plan and manage service transition projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Develop and maintain service transition plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
· Coordinate with development, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth handover of services.
· Ensure that all service transition activities comply with ITIL v4 best practices and organizational policies.
· Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous service improvement.
· Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the service transition process.
· Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of service transition projects.
