Infor Managed Services – Manila
Infor Managed Services (IMS) Manila is a department under Global Delivery Services (GDS) offering a subscription model which provides customer a sustainable and cost-efficient service of a client’s specific process or function. IMS-Manila acts the primary service provider for any non-standard requirements of Infor ERP Products. IMS-Manila provides world-class service excellence through following ITIL standards set across all Managed Services clients worldwide.

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Infor Managed Services consultants provides break-fix on customizations, systems analysis, and client support for Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance their business processes.

Infor Managed Services (IMS) team in Manila is looking for Consultants with in-depth knowledge in one of more of the following industries: Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, Food and Beverage, Fashion and/or Equipment Service and Rental (ESM&R), Supply Chain Management. If hired, you will be responsible for ensuring world class managed services support for IMS clients worldwide.


Essential Duties
As an Infor Managed Services consultant for Infor ERP Products, the candidate will be required to perform the following:

  • Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor HR Talent application (and related third party) technologies and tools in order to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities.
  • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required
  • Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application
  • Work as an integral part of the Global IMS delivery team – recommending innovations and process improvements that will make overall deliver more efficient

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience specializing in the implementation and/or strategic practice of HCM software packages such as Lawson Talent Management, Lawson S3,  Infinium, Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors  as an implementation consultant or HR process specialist
  • Preferably with experience on full-cycle HCM implementations
  • Strong understanding around HR business processes
  • Knowledgeable in process analysis, design and documentation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills
  • Must be collaborative to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers.
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
  • Flexible to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts when necessary.
  • Must be willing to travel for customer facing engagements on both short and long term assignment.
Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Preferably with experience in full-cycle HCM or WFM implementations
  • Have designed and implemented a working solution for a complex business process.
  • Flexible to work on US shifts when necessary.
