Our Infor Managed Services consultants provide customization and systems analysis solutions to customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
With their in-depth industry knowledge, they serve as the subject matter experts on the Infor product suite, helping customers streamline their business processes and address any product-related concerns.
As an integral part of the Global IMS delivery team, our consultants ensure that only the best quality of service is delivered to customers. By providing timely resolution for incidents as well as recommending process improvements and product innovations, we help our customers optimize their overall operations and delivery.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
• Continuously strive to provide only the best quality and timely service to our customers by meeting required SLAs and providing value-adding updates to open incidents.
• Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools to support client inquiries, and requests on enhancements, solutioning, and related consulting/training activities.
• Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required.
• Work collaboratively with different work groups to provide sound solutions which address the needs/questions of key users and ultimately drive incidents to resolution within prescribed SLA.
• Work as an integral part of the client servicing team by coordinating activities with the clients’ Infor Service Operation Manager (SOM).
Required skills:
• Must have at least 4-5 years of ERP experience with specialization on Supply Chain, Planning, Warehousing and Procurement, Manufacturing and/or Sales and Distribution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.
• Experience in supporting SAP MM, SD, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or any similar ERP Solution.
• Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills –
o Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts, provide Holiday Support and be available for on-call duty during weekends when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Client Support and/or Incident Handling
• Knowledge and Exposure to ERP - Implementation/Support
• Bonus points for:
o Familiarity with the concept of Integration/Mapping (OpenText, Biztalk, etc.) and/or Report Generation (Business Intelligence)
o SQL Knowledge
o Industry Related Certification (i.e., APICS for SCM)
o Methodology Certification (i.e., ITIL, Scrum, Agile, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma)
