The Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing Customer Order Management (COM) Functions on Infor Consulting Services implementation projects. This billable role is crucial to the success of our projects. Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and Industry Leading Solutions with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. While our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. The job holder is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies, and tools in accordance with prescriptive implementation methods. The Consultant will not only need to travel to customer’s sites as needed but will also be responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Assist the realization of business benefits for clients.
  • Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.
  • Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
  • Configure client business solution with prescriptive approach.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
  • Provide training to client’s key and end users.
  • Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.
  • Achieve engagement objectives.
  • Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects.
  • Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Sales Order Management experience in at least one industry segment: Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Fashion, Distribution and/or Manufacturing.
  • Understanding of Sales Order business processes including Pricing, cost model, Bonus/Commission, Discounts, supplier rebates, quotation, trade agreements and sourcing rules.
  • Project experience with ERP implementations with a Customer Order Management (COM) focus.
  • Led multiple Full ERP lifecycle implementation as a Sales Order Management Lead Consultant.
  • Willingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada).
  • Customer facing consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Infor M3 Sales and Customer Order Management (COM) functional area
  • Expertise with Infor M3 Sales Order Management Modules including Integration with Credit Card processors.
  • Knowledge of L2/L3 Infor M3 Customer Order management (COM) module processes
  • Knowledge of Infor OS and Various Customer Order Management Integrations.
