Beschrijving & Vereisten

We are seeking a Consultant, Senior to provide quality customer support to our new and existing customer base at Infor Brazil. It is a visible position that requires a substantive level of proactive problem solving.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Consultants in general help clients achieve their business goals by providing expert advice in their field of proficiency. 
  • Assess business needs, configure modules, provide user training, and ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Enhance efficiency and productivity while achieving project objectives.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and agree on the scope of each project.
  • Conduct research, surveys, and interviews to analyze data to gain insights into our customer's businesses.
  • Identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop improvement plans based on the customer's needs.


Basic Qualifications:

  • ERP functional consultancy experience.
  • Full proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Open to travel 50% time.
  • Financials ERP software experience.
  • Brazil localization experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience.
  • Presentation experience.
