Position Summary:
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Represents requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, user stories, or scenarios
- Participates in requirements analysis/verification, ensuring that requirement statements are in accordance with approved methodology
- Writes product designs/specifications according to standard templates and in accordance with system design specifications
- Identifies user classes, documents user class characteristics/user patterns.
- Participates in the formulation of project plans
- Performs integration testing and systems testing of new development work
- Provides guidance to less experienced analysts
- Participates in design reviews to ensure requirements were interpreted correctly
What You Will Need:
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
- Problem-solving, interviewing, elicitation and fact-finding skills
- Knowledge of PCs/Servers and various software applications
- Use-case modeling and design documentation skills
- 3 years business analyst experience and using, supporting or testing commercial/business applications
- Knowledge of HR-domain.

- Team player
- Can complete self-paced trainings under minimal supervision
- Able to work with under pressure and within tight deadlines with a positive attitude
- Able to communicate and participate during meetings and reviews with US counterparts and willing to attend the meetings/reviews which might be scheduled early in the morning or late night.
- Is an expert in software BA principles and practices and also in HCM-domain industry.
- Works independently on large and/or complex technical projects
