Position Summary:
The Infor U Team is in search of a dynamic and self-motivated individual who can showcase agility, adaptability, leadership skills, and possesses a strong background in technology. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the Training Environments for a range of products, directly contributing to the training of both internal and external clients, as well as participating in client-facing Infor tech events. It is essential for the candidate to exhibit a comprehensive grasp of project management within a high-paced, matrixed environment, while being capable of navigating challenges without compromising timelines or the quality of deliverables.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Successfully manage and coordinate projects relating to the installation, configuration and management of multiple training system environments which directly impact Infor U course development, deliveries, and events.
This includes, but is not limited to:
· Closely monitor the overall state of training environments for both on-premise and Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering for creation, trouble shooting and coordinating changes requests.
· Developing project plans and coordinating/scheduling resources to align with projected deliverables.
· Managing time, documentation, and implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.
· Managing costs by monitoring storage capacity and end-user access to environments.
· Effectively communicating verbally and in writing to keep instructional designers, subject matter experts, instructors, and other stakeholders abreast of project development, including managing expectations, problem-solving, and driving successful project completion.
· Continual improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences.
· Occasionally traveling may be required to support product training environments or other resources.
· Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
