Description & Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an organization with a high availability 24x7, mission critical operations environment
- Nice to have AWS knowledge.
- Scripting knowledge - PowerShell
- Formal education and experience in Computer Information systems (or related field) and customer service
- History with customer service-related positions or experiences
- Must have a high degree of technical knowledge to understand the environment.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other departments and from all levels of the organization
- Windows operating system experience, working with variety of hardware configurations.
- Working knowledge of technology including but not limited to WebSphere, Active Directory, databases and operating systems
- Thrive in an energetic, mission critical environment
