Infor is seeking a Director Global Ecosystem Operations. Program Governance: Implement governance processes and policies to effectively manage the ecosystem. Define rules, guidelines, and compliance standards for partners. Monitor and enforce adherence to these standards to maintain ecosystem integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive change. They must be meticulous with great attention to detail and able to prioritize workload at critical times throughout the fiscal year. They are resourceful inside and outside the company and are committed to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.


A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Partner Onboarding and Enablement: Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, including account setup, legal agreements, and training. Develop enablement programs to educate partners on the ecosystem, its offerings, and how to effectively engage with it. 
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners. Act as a primary point of contact, address partner inquiries or concerns, and foster open communication channels. Nurture partner relationships to drive collaboration and mutual success. 
  • Program Governance: Implement governance processes and policies to effectively manage the ecosystem. Define rules, guidelines, and compliance standards for partners. Monitor and enforce adherence to these standards to maintain ecosystem integrity. 
  • Performance Management: Monitor partner performance through regular performance reviews and metrics tracking. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide support or resources to help partners meet their targets. Recognize and reward high-performing partners.
  • Ecosystem Development: Continuously assess the ecosystem landscape and identify potential gaps or areas for expansion. Seek out new partnership opportunities that align with the ecosystem's goals and bring value to its members. Negotiate and establish partnerships accordingly. 
  • Collaboration and Community Building: Foster collaboration among ecosystem partners by organizing events, workshops, or forums where partners can network, share best practices, and learn from each other. Promote a sense of community and engagement. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on ecosystem performance, partner engagement, and outcomes. Use data analytics to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine the ecosystem operations processes. Incorporate feedback from partners and stakeholders to make iterative improvements and ensure the ecosystem's long-term success.
  • Ensure all partner-related operations and support questions are responded to in a timely manner.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (including, but not limited to Sales, Operations, Support, Developers, Program Managers, Legal, and Senior Leadership).
  • Experience communicating complex ideas and processes to different audiences and presenting to a multilevel audience.
  • Experience working with channel partners, preferably in Partner Operations or Sales Operations role.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks utilizing time management skills and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience with working in a CRM tool to evaluate sales data and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with a CRM tool for external reporting.
  • Experience with business applications such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
