Description & Requirements

The Business Development Program Manager is responsible for the design and optimization of our BDR engagement strategy globally. This includes the design and execution of our campaign process as well as the continuous evolution of our digital engagement and account-based prospecting in our sales automation tool, Outreach.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Outreach Sequence management supporting inbound lead management and account-based (outbound) prospecting. Unleash the power of engagement automation and personalization at scale!
  • Communication and alignment on the BDR deliverables as part of the campaign process across the marketing and sales capabilities
  • Ownership of the BDR readiness activities for campaign execution
  • Capture industry, buyers, and sales process signals thanks to our tech stack. Analyze and turn Outreach analytics into insights: identify risks, patterns, trends, and correlations as well as the impact of these on business outcomes for everything from buyer sentiment to BDR prospecting methodology
  • Enable organizational flexibility through self-configuration and customization while developing a structured framework for content management (Snippets & Templates)
  • Partner with Field Operations on the evolution of our Digital Sales Room
  • Own the definition of the business requirements for Outreach analytics in working with IT and Marketing Operations so it becomes our main tool to course-correct campaign execution in real-time
  • Tune Manager, Super User, and BDR enablement. Be a key contributor to our coaching culture and our focus on Rep empowerment and effectiveness
  • Business Development success plan ownership with the vendor and all Infor stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational ability, experience in planning and managing demand generation programs
  • Proactive, creative, and innovative thinker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency
  • Assertiveness, directness, and a “customer first” mentality
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, Salesforce & Sales Engagement Platforms experience an advantage.
  • English proficiency is a requirement, additional languages a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar programs role or business development, sales readiness, marketing, sales enablement or sales, in a high tech environment. Combination of these an advantage.
