Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Remote, U.S.

We are seeking an experienced, senior level Human Resources Business Partner to join our cloud-focused software company. In this position, you will report to the Global Senior Director, Human Resources for R&D and will work closely with leadership to develop and deliver innovative people solutions. You will primarily act as a consultant supporting leaders in the achievement of strategic objectives.  You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create solutions that support the company vision and strategy.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to leadership across a multitude of HR topics. Develop strong working relationships with the leadership team built on trust, and mutual benefit at all levels of the organization.

·       Contribute to the development of HR strategies & initiatives that supports our MBM culture and Infor’s principles and vision.

·       Effectively partner and influence leaders at all levels of the organization to integrate HR initiatives aligned with company goals.

·       Coach, counsel, and advise business leaders on HR policies and processes, talent management, team and organization development, organizational design, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, etc.

·       Implement projects/initiatives to streamline and implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency to support rapidly shifting business demands.

·       Leverage talent data & insights to assess and diagnoses the health of the organization. Apply knowledge of HR talent insights and use data to assess and influence / guide decisions.

·       Champion and role model for MBM; support the development of management capabilities through understanding and application of MBM across the organization to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.

·       Develop approaches to address a variety of employee relations issues using good judgement and knowledge of employment law. Partner with the leaders, HR leadership and Legal in complex cases; providing guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.

·       Liaise with COEs within HR and assigned client groups to ensure mutual understanding of needs and consistency with policy application

·       Recommend process improvement and innovative ideas that will improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations and drive key people and culture focused initiatives across the organizationConduct investigations and recommend corrective actions.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Typical Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field, preferred

·       8   years of demonstrated partnering and influencing leader at all levels in a technical environment (engineering, cyber, data)

·       Ability to roll-out new HR programs, processes, and tools

·       Adept with performance management and investigations

·       Proficiency with employee relations and EEO

Preferred Qualifications:

·       HR supporting Solutions Consultants/IT preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Technology sales and/or business development, demonstrated leadership skills, participation in service organizations, military experience
  • SaaS or Cloud services sales experience
  • ERP experience
