Description & Requirements

Technical support Analyst providing support for the Infor OS product line which includes ION, and other associated Infor products.

Essential Duties
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers when they experience a technical or functional problem
  • Take ownership of the incidents; analyze, troubleshoot and provide a solution to the customer
  • Collaborate closely across the development or cloud team to find
  • Handle multiple incoming requests, prioritize according to urgency and impact, follow up in a timely manner with a solution
  • Provide Technical support to customers, ST Cloud teams with Infor OS product line.

Basic Qualifications
  • Computer Science related Educational background and some experienced in support or related subjects.
  • First experience working in Support, this also includes internships, student jobs as well as first work experience after graduation
  • Experience with AD, AZURE Database Platforms knowledge such as SQL server, Java or Python, XML; ability to perform basic queries against a database
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills in English (additional European languages such as German/ French would be beneficial, but not essential)
  • Problem solver mentality, analytical thinking, well organized.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree level education and 1 year experience in software support development or consultancy.
  • Graduated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering
  • Previous experience in Development, support in Software would help, and knowledge of Infor software would be beneficial.
