We are looking for a DevOps Engineer for product development team

Design, build, deploy and maintain scalable cloud-based distributed, multi-tiered, concurrent, cross platforms web applications core infrastructure systems that perform and scale in a multi-tenant cloud environment.

Adding innovative new features in our enterprise class, cloud-scale PLM product

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deploy and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.

• Manage and maintain web applications hosted on IIS.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and customers via email, phone, and chat.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.

SKILLSET NEEDED:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience on AWS cloud services is a must.

• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures, Single-Tenant, Multi-tenant.

• Knowledge of IIS configuration and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Powershell scripting.

• Experience with Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and SQL Servers.

• Ability to understand application architecture and align solutions accordingly.

• Communication and collaboration skills.

• Must be flexible and able to work varying / additional hours during busy periods.
