Description & Requirements
- Provide oversight or project management for large, complex projects similar to the projects stated in the program director block in the project management job family
- Responsible to provide the following: PM coaching, project quality reviews, participation in customer projects, selling the value of project management, portfolio analysis of trends, management advisory
- Provide measurements directly tied to improvement in general customer satisfaction, service quality, margin and revenue. Proposal of action plans and follow up on their execution. •Owns and leads initiatives such as training, tools, certification, bid process, portfolio analysis, customer satisfaction, PM community, recruiting, quality, governance, methodology
- 10 years of project management experience
- 5 years of interacting with C-level management (internal and external)
- Practical experience with managing and remediating large, complex projects or programs
- Experience in leading programs to implement business applications in Industrial Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Retail/ Distribution, or Fashion sector.
- Communication skills are at the level to have established relationships with C-level executives.
- Understanding KPIs driving a professional services organization
- Language: English and French (both Level C2 or native speaker)
- Strong analytical skills (performance & financial KPIs, Risk assessment)
- min. Bachelor's degree / Master's degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification or like certification
- Development and implementation of project management and bid processes, methodology and tools
- Experience in coaching project managers
- Experience in Bid-Management (contracts, estimates …)
- Other language skills Spanish or Italian welcome
