Description & Requirements

Own and manage all payroll activities across specified Infor Mexico, including managing the administration of all benefits, onboarding and offboarding of all employees through the payrolls, including preparing all relevant documentation, payroll related queries and requests from employees.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

·       Ensure ongoing management of data cleansing, with a focus on continuous improvement.

·       Monitor and adjust payroll controls and guidelines.

·       Maintain strong relationships with external third parties (e.g. payroll & benefit providers).

·       Assist with both Internal & External Audits, as well as a regulatory reporting obligation.

·       Create regular and ad hoc report requests on different payroll metrics.

·       Work closely with all other teams (including HRBPs & TA).

·       Support and own any ad-hoc Payroll projects given.

Basic Qualifications: 

·       Experience in Mexico´s environment. Complete bachelor’s degree. Great interpersonal skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally at all levels within the organization.

·       Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with a process improvement mindset whilst looking to develop skill set further.

·       Able to cope with pressure, working towards tight deadlines being well organized, focused and executor.

·       Intermediate Excel Skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables). Be used to internal and external audits, following levels of compliance and internal policies. English intermediate. Has to be opened to stay for a 1-year project with chances that may migrates to the shared services in the future.

Payroll/Benefits, Records Maintenance, Report Preparation; Internal customers, support/Communication, Onboarding and records.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       HR experience in IT companies is desirable, but not mandatory.
