The Process & Tooling Senior Manager, will partner with Corporate Operations senior leadership to establish and improve best practices for program management, tooling, and adoption across Infor’s corporate priorities. This is an individual contributor role that will bring your expertise in program management to establish consistency in program approach, governance, and execution of top priorities within the Corporate Operations team and to other cross-functional teams. You will incorporate lessons learned to identify improvement opportunities and to refine process efficiencies for scalability and repeatability across the organization. This role will also be responsible for driving key programs that support Infor’s Operational & Strategic priority by aligning and ensuring that business teams, processes, and tools are optimized for successful execution and delivery.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Partner with the Corporate Operations leadership team to improve organizational performance, including recommendations and program management best practices for governance, tooling, adoption.
  • Formalize and document lessons learned and processes in partnership with Corporate Operations leads by identifying improvement opportunities and capturing feedback across programs for improvement, knowledge share, and operational repeatability.
  • Partner with Corporate Operations senior leadership to drive programs in support: of Infor’s Operational & Strategic Alignment priority, leveraging established Principle Based Management frameworks.
  • Coordinate execution of program deliverables with cross-functional teams, focusing on key activities, roles, interlocks, and tight orchestration to ensure a consistent approach and successful delivery.
  • Maintain and execute program approach.
  •  Conduct and document stakeholder inventories and change analysis, program decisions; challenge and pivot to address new data and knowledge as they become available. 
  • Prepare progress reports, portfolio and roadmap updates for senior leadership review and challenge.
  • Follow a framework to operationalize and transition to steady state back to the business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as a program director or manager within technology.
  • Strategic experience to included planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience utilizing technology in project management processes and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Track-record of relationship building across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience achieving or exceeding assigned goals and tasks.     
  • Experience in collaborating within stakeholders and holding team members accountable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in business management, program management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Knowledge within MS Office, MS Project, project management tools (ClickUp, Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting capabilities for dashboard creation
  • Knowledge of Infor: business value drivers, competitive advantage, understanding of how we work.
