Description & Requirements


• Release Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring
• Communication and Coordination/Relationship Management
• Process Management and Improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of release/project management and 3 years of development/integration/testing experience with complex software projects.
Strong experience in Release Management, Quality Assurance and Project Management.
Experience organizing, planning, and leading multiple projects from initiation through closing.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as SEI Capability Maturity Model - Integrated (CMMi), Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2000 etc.
Familiarity with ERP applications domain.
Experience of various hardware, operating systems, web/application server and relational databases.
Familiarity with Configuration Management processes and tools like CVS, CM Synergy, VSS, Rational Clear Case etc.
Experience with Software build process, testing and code promotion.
Experience with a version control, document management and defect tracking tools.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and automated enterprise project management tools.
Proficient problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Teamwork, organizational and negotiation skills.
Self-motivation and discipline, ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
