This role will assume a global leadership role to bring our product, industry and technology innovation to our customers. You will be responsible for building and leading a global organization that is responsible for delivery of Infor’s product innovation to our Cloud customers. Our “always on” multi-tenant cloud service provides access to the latest industry and technical innovations, like artificial intelligence, Robotic Process Automation and data management based on our OS platform.

This role will provide our Cloud customer with our product, industry, and technology innovations. The vision is that we increase our consumption in the cloud through this services capability. In this role you will be responsible for the creation, sales & delivery of packaged offerings that  accelerate the speed with which we bring value to our customers. 

A day in the life typically includes:
  • Build and lead a new global organization that is responsible for delivery of our product tech. innovation (AI, RPA, data, advanced Infor OS capabilities) and industry innovation to our customers;
  • Create digitally enabled go-to-market offerings to identify and service opportunities to create customer value.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Managed Services teams to ensure customers enjoy the power of Infor cloud suite applications with the advanced platform technology features.
  • Work closely with our product teams to prepare for delivery of future innovation that is on the roadmap
  • Build (reusable) use cases that delivery value repeatedly, as well as Support sales cycles with innovative use cases (show value).
  • Be responsible for the P&L in a matrix organization, formalizing short and long-term strategies and initiatives to support the overall strategic objectives of the professional services and Infor.
  • Develop executive level relationships with our key customers.
  • Increase customer retention and lifetime customer value.
  • Champion the talent modernization and organizational culture as well as set example for pursuing our vision.

What You Will Need:
Required skills:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with leading Cloud vendors focused on tech innovation.
  • Have a background in services, presales or product management.
  • Program management experience driving teams to activate and, scale and build new go-to-market offerings.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards high levels of achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute on organizational strategies.
  • Business acumen, understanding of strategic development, corporate operations and, finance
