Description & Requirements
- Design and implement DMA’s training and enablement strategy including building learning assets, learning journeys, and BU-specific enablement programs from inception to delivery
- Establish, manage, and track customer adoption and engagement metrics for all of DMA’s analytical solutions
- Proactively coordinate the resolution of enablement and knowledge gaps by working closely with business data owners and various IT teams
- Routinely provide reports and surface findings to key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in usage and adoption
- Partner with Enablement and Education Programs teams to align on global enablement initiatives
- Minimum 2 years work experience in enablement or education roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in training and enablement, sales, or delivery/implementation/consulting roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment with the ability to interface with Executives, Business Users and IT Leaders and Developers
- Ability to influence and build relationships virtually across multiple functional areas (Sales, Marketing, Services, Product and Technology, HR, etc.)
- Data-driven, problem solver and strategic thinker
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
- Resilient and adaptable to change
- Experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role or passionate in data, analytics and dashboards
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, Birst, Power BI, etc.
- Experience in working at a Software/SaaS company with working knowledge of marketing, sales, professional services, and customer success business processes
