Position Summary
As a member of a hybrid Development and Support software team, day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing and resolving customer incidents throughout the support lifecycle by using analytical skills and customer service skills.
- When necessary, work with senior team members to resolve more complicated customer support incidents.
Support analyst Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer incidents throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to
triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand off to the development team, and case
resolution.
• Troubleshoot and develop solutions related to software and set up errors for customers.
· Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Working with more experienced support engineers and software engineers to test, document and
resolve customer applications.
- Managing multiple incidents & problems while working in high visibility situations
- Working independently and with minimal supervision to complete tasks and assignments as directed.
Key Requirements/Experience
- MBA -Finance Candidate Shift Timing-12.30 PM-10 PM
- 0 -2 years of experience as a functional consultant on Finance module.
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and functionality.
- Basic knowledge about Finance module functional concepts.
- Customer management skills with high commitment to customer satisfaction.
