 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
  • Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of applications and integration processes.
  • Develop and implement new Salesforce applications and enhancements.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to define and document technical requirements.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Ensure the best possible quality, performance, and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  

  • ​​Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications, Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:    

  • Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and the Salesforce API
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
  •   Expertise in SFDC Development using Lightning Application, Apex Language, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots and Dashboards, Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org - Wide default, Sharing rules, Workflows.
  • Proficient in implementing Salesforce SOQL, SOSL and dynamic queries in Apex logic.
  • Opportunity lifecycle, Account & Contact management
  • Solid analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing framework
  • Proficiency in API integrations, including RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
  • Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning
  • Ability to assess unusual circumstances and use sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify cause

Preferred SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:  

  • Evaluating & implementing App Exchange applications
  • Providing solutions using out-of-the-box options or design patterns that requires minimal customization
  • Custom Salesforce API integrations
  •  Experience in other programming languages with preference towards .net, C#, Lambda
  • Database development and query experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora preferred
