The Healthcare Industry Technical Solution Architect is a key member of the HC Prescriptive Solution team. This role is responsible for researching, documenting, executing, and supporting technical elements of the Golden Tenant and all aligned tenants used for product demonstrations and for Infor Professional Services delivered prescriptive business solutions for Healthcare. They will collaborate with and support North American Solution Consulting, Healthcare Strategy, Global Professional Services, Product Management, Industry Innovations, and Global Demo Services to maintain the industry tenants with market-leading capabilities, content, and align with feedback from various users. They will collaborate with our offshore T2V team to automate and support transaction refreshes. This involves tenant refreshes every 30 or 60 days for the 38 tenants in the T2V model.  They also are responsible for post provisioning activities on these internal tenants, for JIRA creation and tracking on issues and issue resolution.  They may be called on to address special needs by the demo team should they encounter issues with the demo tenants for in-process or planned demo’s.  

What You Will Need?
Require Skills:  
  • In depth Infor OS toolset including Portal, Coleman and Birst expertise.
  • In depth understanding of Landmark security and administration.  
  • Working knowledge of Configuration Console and Application Administration for HRT and FSM.  Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills that support taking ownership of all technical elements of the HC Prescriptive tenants and ensuring quality outcomes.    
  • Must have strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.  
  • Must have critical thinking skills with  demonstration of economic thinking.  
  • Must have consultative skills to guide and reconcile conflicting opinions and requests. 
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Skills  
  • Healthcare Industry experience.
  • Understanding of demo and delivery organization objectives and sensitivity to tenant needs.
  • Prior experience working with Cloud team, Development, Pre-Sales, Product Management and Services.
  • BS/BA
  • MBA
  • Management Consulting or equivalent experience.
A Day in the Life Typically includes: 
                                      
 • Collaborating and facilitating work sessions with North America based Industry Strategists, Solution Consulting, Product Management and Solutions and Innovation to define new capabilities or to modify existing builds and formalizing decisions via a formal Governance process.  

Collaborating with North America based Industry Innovation to ensure IPC tooling and processes are aligned with the delivery model build.  

Collaborating with North America based GDE on maintenance of new or modification of existing builds, reference architecture team, Cloud Operations, Services and Support as needed.  

Managing the tenant strategy, documentation, and operating process and ensuring all parties (US and Manila) are trained and utilizing SOP.  

Technical Support for all North American audiences and users of tenants (Golden Image, Sandboxes, Demo boxes, etc.) to keep the Development, ICS, Pre-Sales, GDE, Solutions and Innovation, and T2V teams’ efforts as efficient and productive as possible. Types of work done to maintain use includes, security access, trouble-shooting data access/population to spaces, homepages, etc., pre-sales tenant issues that impact demo’s, ICS tenant issues that impact Business Process walkthroughs.  

Managing the build of technical components for the Golden Tenant including but not limited to IFS and Landmark user security and tenant administration, Portal and Workspace Administration, configuration console, mobile, AI/Coleman, ION, Process Automation, integrations.   

Managing 30- and 60-day refresh requests and communication to Solution Consulting, Manila, Services and other clients and collaboration members on status and timing of activities.  

      Communicating status of various technical activities to HC stakeholders.  

Completing post provisioning steps after refresh or cloning to ensure refreshed tenants are in working order before being released for use.   

Coordinating upgrades on Birst for all tenants.   

Ensuring the Data Lake refreshes are processed prior to release of the tenants after refresh.   

Expand skills and understanding beyond the Landmark based products (XM, EPM, WFM) and align with skilled resources on these products where necessary.   

Collaborating with the Manila automation team on automation of transaction refreshes and ongoing processing to ensure the Golden Tenant maintains current data to support both demos and delivery business process reviews.
