The Senior Director of Consulting Services India is accountable for business management; reference-able executive level business relationships with clients; the definition and delivery of Consulting engagements that meet project timeline, quality, profit, and client satisfaction objectives. Responsible for successful delivery of large and/or multiple projects across the region.
Reporting Relationships
a) Reports: project teams, Service Sales (Client Partners), Delivery Executives, Project Director,
b) Liaises with primarily: APAC Practice Leadership, and Sales (Account Executives), GPS Operations, Finance & Administration, Product Support, Product Management, Research and Development, Cloud Operations
c) Reports to GPS Senior Vice President APAC
Your Responsibilities Include
· Lead the Consulting Services team to develop and execute pipeline of business leading to contracting of well defined and profitable contracts in the agreed GTMs. Accountable for meeting or exceeding the Service Booking plan.
· Accountable for the delivery of the contracted portfolio of projects, ensuring all ongoing deliverables are met and executed within agreed Customer Agreements
· Lead the Consulting teams to effectively manage all strategic operational processes and resourcing, and leading the organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence. Accountable for achievement of the Margin plan for Services.
· Influence multiple large cross-functional teams and communicate with senior management to facilitate projects and ensure performance meets goals consistently
· Provide strong leadership to team including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching managers and senior individual contributors, and driving major change initiatives
· Drive all customized people engagement initiatives and partner with HR organization and implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated team
· Drive the performance base metrics reporting, process improvement projects and quality certification
· Monitor and manage escalations; conduct appropriate trend analysis as needed and devise strategies or process improvements to reduce them to almost zero level
· Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews
· Design and lead initiatives and programs focused on achieving best-in-class status and improving customer and employee satisfaction
· Develops and implements communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks and timely delivery of initiative results
· Work within established Service Delivery and Operations Governance process to support intake and impact assessment process activities to include identification of operation impacts with operational input and approval.
