Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive onboarding and training program for our teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating engaging and effective training content, including hands-on training sessions, classes, and activities. The Training Specialist will work closely with team leads, subject matter experts, and management to ensure that all new and existing employees have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement onboarding programs for new professionals, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

· Design and deliver engaging training courses that cover essential topics such as coding standards, testing protocols, software tools, and industry best practices.

· Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to provide practical, real-world experience.

· Facilitate in-person training sessions, promoting interaction and knowledge sharing among team members.

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to create up-to-date training materials and content that align with company goals and industry standards.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

· Continuously update and improve training materials based on feedback and new technologies.

· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing employees to enhance their skills.

· Maintain a repository of training materials, ensuring easy access for all team members.

· Support the development of a learning culture within the organization.

· Work with management to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.

· Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role within a tech environment.


· Strong understanding of software development and quality assurance methodologies.

· Experience creating and delivering technical training programs, both in -person and hands-on.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Additional Requirements

· Ability to work in Ahmedabad office five days a week

· Willingness to work in an assigned shift to ensure overlap of working hours with global teams

· Flexibility for late evening calls
