Infor is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our team! This person will be responsible for ensuring prompt responses, resolutions, and if delayed resolution, updates as to what doing to resolve the issue. Our ideal candidate will have experience with successful go-live's for new deployments, testing of expansion of use cases, cross communication with PM's, vendors, etc. This person will also be responsible for submitting bugs to engineering via dev support, providing documentation, work arounds and deep troubleshooting to get to suspecting a bug.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Supporting incidents via email, phone, and support portal
  • Service Requests/Solution Service Hours requests
  • Additional Config, bulk importing, one off map updates, one-off custom reports (Logins, tag issues, equipment reports outside of our reporting stack)
  • Work and complete new deployments/installs at new customer sites
  • Upgrading existing customers to latest service pack or major release
  • Upgrade integrations to latest releases
  • Expanding use cases (Via config provided by CSA team)
  • Testing use cases with customers (Often EMR/ADT)
  • Develop scenarios for simulator to simulate hospital/clinic data for demo systems
  • Submit bugs to engineering via dev support
  • Provide documentation, work arounds, deep troubleshooting involved to get to suspecting a bug
Basic Qualifications:
  • Software support and services experience
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship 
  • Interest in improving processes and efficiencies
  • Must be able to pass VA security requirements
  • Prior experience with new go-lives for deployment
  • Internal and external communication skills including oral, written, presentation and active listening
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer science degree preferred
  • Experience in healthcare IT preferred
  • Experience expanding use cases
Location: US Remote (Dallas, TX, St. Paul, MN, Alpharetta, GA)
