As a Business Analyst you will bring the Infor LN Manufacturing capabilities to the next level. You will be part of an international team of business analysts who work in the Development organization of one of the best known Manufacturing products in the world. The Business Analyst will analyze and prioritize requirements in cooperation with our product managers, define solution specifications, work with development teams to turn ideas into reality, and be involved in communication and documentation. 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Work with product managers (who are connecting with customers and define the high-level roadmap) on gathering, analyzing, prioritizing and documenting requirements

·       Together with key engineers and architects translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface mockups.

·       Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development.

·       Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that requirements are tested, and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been correctly interpreted.

·       Write draft documentation and create presentations and training materials

Required skills:

·       Knowledge in manufacturing business process, and related fields such as Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing, etc

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language.

·       Analytical, result-driven and proactive.

·       Ability to evaluate information from various sources and resolve conflicts.

·       Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.

·       Experience in a similar role

·       Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with a related ERP System
• Fluent in Dutch
