Description & Requirements

The Associate Channel Partner Manager will generate Partner Recruitment pipeline to assist with the Process, Distribution & Retail ecosystem for Small Medium Sized Businesses (SMB). The Associate Channel Partner Manager will facilitate new Partner orientation and enablement.  This is a highly visible opportunity to gain Partner Management experience and build Infor’s Process and Distribution ecosystem.



A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       With the direction from the Sr Partner Recruiter, identify Partner Recruitment target sources.

·       Initiate initial contact and qualification.

·       Research and identify potential partners.

·       Hand-off Channel Partner Leads to Sr. Partner Recruiter.

·       Facilitate new Partner orientation into IPN.

·       Guide new Partners through enablement growth.

·       Helping partner personnel build enthusiasm for the offering pipeline.

·       Maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospective partners.


Required Skills:

·       Demand generation experience.

·       BDR / Software sales and/or Franchise sales experience.

·       Ability to negotiate partner agreements.

·       Understand how to drive business and marketing through the partner ecosystem.

·       Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with business owners.

·       Consistent performer who has excelled in recent/current role.



Preferred Qualifications:

·       Partner recruitment / program experience.

·       Experience related to the Process, Distribution and/or Retail Industry.

·       Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

·       Experience in business development, sales, customer success, marketing, or management consulting.

·       Willingness to Travel.


Key Performance Metrics:

·       Recruitment Pipeline growth rate.

·       Pipeline to signed Partners Conversion Rate.

·       Time to revenue for newly signed Partners

·       New partner pipeline and revenues to quota.

·       New partner enablement completion rate.

·       Recruitment funnel ratio.
