Provide implementation consultancy to customers who have purchased software. Assist with application setup and design, system analysis, testing scenarios, customizations, etc.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

•  Utilizes education and basic skills to define and/or address customer needs and implement software products. 

•   Primary focus is on developing consulting skills and learning company policies and procedures as well as specific products and/or industries.

•  Works with smaller and/or less complex customers.  May assist more experienced consultants with customer implementations to broaden consulting skills.

•  Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. 

•  Guidance and instruction is readily available and work is closely monitored until incumbent exhibits the necessary skills and confidence to handle projects more independently"

What You Will Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology

• Ability to present results and strategy to teams while considering variety of knowledge levels within audience
